1. Shipping Methods: We use one shipping method for all of our orders inside and outside of Greece. If you have a preferred shipping company you can contact us via email or social media, and we could ship your order with the company of your choice.
2. Processing Time: Most Orders are typically processed after payment confirmation, within 1 to 3 business days, though some may take up to 9 business days depending on the complexity of the piece. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are standard for all countries outside of Greece. But only for Greece, if the order total is more than 80€, then the shipping costs are free. Any applicable taxes or duties imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website ''Track Your Order'' or through the carrier's website.
5. International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping cost.
